We hope you’re all looking forward to a restful weekend.
Great news, shipping is poised to start! This means for the next couple of weeks our dedicated shipping agents will be posting the DualFuels in staggered batches.
The reason why we don’t post them all at once is that some batches can get held up in customs for inspection so we ensure we send them piece by piece so the majority of them make it through without any hold up.
What can you expect?
Very soon everyone will be receiving a tracking number and an order ID. To help our customer service team It is vital you follow these timeframes :
A) For all backers - Please allow up to 3-5 business days for all tracking to go ‘live’ from the day of receiving the tracking email.
B) For Free Shipping backers - Please allow up to 25 business days for delivery.
C) For Express Shipping backers - Please ignore the tracking email as you will receive a dedicated email with special instructions within a few days of that email.
If any of the above do not go as planned then, by all means, please email: [email protected] quoting your order ID and tracking number.
